Alex qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2012 from Manchester Metropolitan University. After completing his degree and gaining registration with the Health Professionals Council, Alex has worked in a number of different areas, including the NHS, professional sport and private practice.
Alex spent the first years of his career working for Sale Sharks rugby team before moving to London to work in a number of roles within private practice. Here Alex continued to work with high level athletes including GB level runners and triathletes, professional Golfers, and national level Muay Thai fighters.
Specialising in sport injuries, Alex is a qualified and experienced running coach. Through this he has developed a strong understanding of running biomechanics and the tools needed to return from injury and improve performance.
