“I’ve been seeing Alex Duncan for several years now for a variety of treatments. He initially helped me with a persistent shoulder problem. He was incredibly thorough and professional in his assessment and provided me with a number of strengthening exercises and techniques which over time have fully treated the injury. Alex has since helped me with a variety or back and knee injuries, always providing the same excellent level of service. I see him regularly for sports massages which keeps my body in working order and allows me to keep up my training regime and he also gives me really helpful tips to avoid further injuries. I can’t thank Alex enough for keeping my body functioning and couldn’t recommend him highly enough!”
