“Had a great initial consultation with Jenny following a lower back strain while climbing. I was very happy that she could find the tension and suggest exercises even though the injury had mostly healed due to the gap between it and me booking the session.”
Jenny qualified as a Physiotherapist with a first class degree in 2014 and started working for Sirona Care and Health in the community sector on finishing her degree. Jenny has a wealth of knowledge in rehabilitative exercise, and 15 years of experience of hands on treatment and exercise prescription. Prior to becoming a physio Jenny worked as a sports massage therapist for the University of Bristol and Bath University with members of the public and elite athletes treating a range of sports injuries.
