Our Brand New Health & Performance Centre is on Whiteladies Road in Clifton. Look out for the bright blue shop front!

We have three clinic rooms and a spacious gym plus a studio space.

The centre is well equipped to offer all our existing services and more!

There is on-street parking (pay & display) or you can park at Clifton Down Shopping Centre. Bike racks can be found opposite the clinic.

Please note the three clinic rooms at our Whiteladies Clinic are all accessed via a staircase so if you cannot or would prefer not to use stairs please book in at either our Redland or City Centre clinics as these will be more accessible.
