Gemma is a Sports Rehabilitator and Sports Massage Therapist having graduated at UWE Bristol.
Having won three gold medals playing Table Tennis for England, Gemma understands the demands of competitive sports and uses this insight to tailor treatment plans for athletes and active individuals.
Gemma is trained in Acupuncture and Dry Cupping and has gained experience in diverse healthcare settings including working with Ice Hockey players, Half-Marathon and Ultramarathon runners, as well as football and rugby teams.
Gemma has significant experience coaching adolescents, where she combines her rehabilitation expertise with a focus on performance enhancement and injury prevention. Gemma is the lead coach in our Sports Movement Academy which are training sessions for kids aged 6-16 who love sport! Our mission is to enable them to train the best, perform the best and achieve the most and Gemma will bring all her dedication, passion and enthusiasm to these sessions.
This blend of experience allows Gemma to provide comprehensive, personalised care that empowers clients of all ages to achieve their health and fitness goals.
In 2024, Gemma ran the London Marathon raising over £3,000 for Dementia UK.
