We have found that a lot of kids that play all different sports want to improve and reach their full potential. This can only be achieved by working on all different aspects of a child’s physical abilities.

Most of us just want to the play and compete at the sport(s) we love. However, if we develop our childrens footwork, power, coordination, balance, speed, explosiveness and strength (which we can start doing so much younger than previously thought and in a safe and encouraging environment) – this is how we can help our kids reach their potential whilst reducing their injury risk now and for the future.

Our sessions to cover all these areas are on Thursdays (at Clifton Rugby Club) and Fridays (at Redland Green Club) evenings. In the future there will be some weekend sessions and more evenings available.
