What to Expect

A secure and private video meeting link will be emailed to you as well as an online consent form to complete ahead of your consultation and payment link. Your therapist will be able to take a health history from you as well as detailed information about your current injury, just as they would if you came into the clinic physically. They may ask you to questions about your lifestyle and and ask you to perform some basic movements to help them ascertain the root cause of your problem.

We are interested in you as individual and appreciate the interconnectedness of the body and so will be interested to look at various parts of your mechanics as well as the area the injury is presenting in. You are welcome to send in videos and pictures ahead of your consultation, by replying to your booking confirmation email which may help us add to the information we are gathering.

We will then explain what the problem appears to be and talk you through a programme to help you move forward with a positive and proactive resolution. We may show you exercises by sharing our screen and showing you videos that our therapists have put together to show you how to do certain exercises important for strengthening the areas your therpsists has discussed with you. We may ask you to practise these in front of us so we can check you are doing them in a way that means you will get results. We have had some great feedback from our clients who have already experienced an online consultation and we look forward to welcoming virtually to our clinic!

We appreciate that coming to an online consultation may seem distant and impersonal, so we are currently recording some video bios so you can virtually meet our therapists and get a taste for what you will experience before booking in.
