The Women’s Health Initial Assessment is designed to help you seek help with any specific women’s health concern you might have.

The assessment will involve a discussion with our Women’s Health Specialist, Rosie Cardale, about your medical health, the symptoms you are experiencing and anything else you feel is relevant. You will then have your posture, movement and abdominal muscles assessed and there is the option to have an internal assessment which will be able to assess the strength and function of your pelvic floor muscles.

The initial assessment is 1hour and following your initial assessment, follow-up appointments are available to provide you with ongoing support and care when you need it. The follow-up appointments are 30 minutes.

The Women’s Health Initial Assessment can help diagnose, treat and manage a range of conditions including (but not limited to):

  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
